Instructions for Using Your Goal Tracker Template

Step 1: Create a New Goal

  1. Navigate to the Goals Database.

  2. Click “New” to create a new goal entry.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

Title: Write the name of your goal.

Type: Select whether the goal is Long Term, Intermediate, or Short Term.

Category: Tag the goal with its relevant category (e.g., Health, Career, Personal Development).

Deadline: Add a date to set a target completion date for the goal.

Step 2: Add Steps for Goal Completion

  1. Open the newly created goal entry.

  2. Use the Steps Database within the goal entry to break down your goal into actionable steps.

  3. Open The desired goal “My Goals” Page and add the “Goal Template (+)”

  4. Click on the three dots (…) next to “NEW” and change the goal filter to your desired goal

5.. Add the goal steps for each specific goal to the “(Add Steps Here)” Property

• As you mark steps complete, the progress bar will automatically update to reflect your goal progress.

  1. Once all steps are marked as complete, you can check off the entire goal.

Step 3: Track Progress

  1. View the built-in Progress Bar within each goal to monitor how close you are to completion.

• The progress percentage updates automatically as steps are completed.

Step 4: Use the Calendar View

  1. Switch to the Monthly Calendar View to see your goals organized by their deadlines.

  2. Use this view to plan and prioritize your work based on upcoming due dates.

Step 5: Add Notes

  1. The Goal Tracker includes a database for Notes where you can record ideas, reflections, or updates related to each goal.

  2. Use this space to document challenges, strategies, or progress.

Additional Tips

  1. Review Regularly:

• Check your progress frequently and adjust deadlines or steps as needed.

  1. Organize by Category:

• Use filters or views to group goals by category for easier tracking.

  1. Set Realistic Steps:

• Break down larger goals into smaller, manageable tasks to stay on track.
